Data protection statement

Requirements in machine processing regarding personal data:

• Processing your personal data may only be done in a law-abiding way, with attention to integrity.
• Data may only be stored for predetermined and legal purposes, and they must not be used for any other purpose.
• Appropriate safety precautions are made for the protection of your personal data, in order to prevent unauthorized data access, alteration, or publication.

Data protection directives:

KÜRT Co. guarantees that, prior to the recording, storing, or processing any of its users’ data, the company shall issue a clear, noticeable, and comprehensible statement informing the user about the method, purpose, and principles of the data recording. Beyond the above, in all cases when data recording, management and storage is not mandatory by the law, KÜRT Co. shall call the users’ attention to the voluntary character of data disclosure. The subject shall be informed about the purpose of data management, and about the identity of those managing and processing the data. Information about the data management is given by an existing legal statute ordering data transfer or connected data management.

In all cases when KÜRT Co. intends to use the data for purposes other than they were recorded for, it guarantees that the users be informed, their prior and explicit consent be obtained, and opportunity be given for the users to deny permission.

In recording, storing, and management of data, KÜRT Co. shall always adhere to the limitations declared in Basic Principles, and send e-mail information about its activity to those involved. KÜRT Co. shall not get back at those users who deny voluntary data disclosure.

KÜRT Co. guarantees the security of data, and shall make all technical and organizational measures that ensure the protection of data recorded, stored, and processed, and prevent the destruction, unauthorized usage, and unauthorized alteration of data. The company guarantees to warn any third party that it may forward these data about meeting these obligations.
